We accept vouchers for the Real Nappies for London scheme.

What is it?

This is a new London-wide scheme to provide parents with an opportunity to try real nappies.

13 London boroughs have joined Real Nappies for London and you have a child under the age of 18 months and live in one of the boroughs, you could be entitled to claim an information pack and voucher. The voucher can be redeemed through Bummdiddy Baby for nappies (and accessories) within six months of you receiving it.

Voucher value and numbers will vary from borough to borough. If all vouchers in your borough have already been distributed, you may still receive an information pack. Please contact the individual council to see if you are eligible.

To use your RNfl voucher with Bummdiddy Baby you will need to:

1.  Place your order either online or by telephone. Add a note to the comments box before you submit your order telling us you wish to use a RNfl voucher and include your voucher id and the name of the issuing council borough. If ordering online: Please include a daytime telephone number or mobile number and at checkout select the 'pay by phone' or 'pay by cheque' option. Your total to pay at this stage will not have the voucher amount deducted.

2. Post your voucher, appropriate proof of identity which can be a copy of a utility bill or driving licence. The voucher must NOT be a photocopy, but the ID can be photocopied. PLEASE NOTE : We can not ship your order with out receiving both the voucher and copy of id so please do not ask us to ship your order before we receive them.

3. We will contact you to say we have received your voucher and will deduct the voucher amount from the total of your order. At this stage you can pay by debit/credit card over the telephone, or send us a cheque.  Once payment has been received we will despatch your order to you.

Terms and Conditions

Voucher numbers have a unique reference and are identified with details of the person eligible to redeem it.

The voucher value is clearly shown on the voucher and varies with the issuing borough.

The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date shown on the voucher (inclusive).

one voucher only is issued per baby.

Vouchers are directly redeemable only by the applicant identified on the voucher and orders can only be sent to the name and address of the person who the voucher was issued too. After placing your order you must send us your Voucher and proof of ID. Acceptable forms of ID include copy of driving licence, council tax bill or similar.

The voucher can only be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries. (Please note: As the voucher is intended for babies under 18 months, training pants and potty training accessories fall outside of this scheme).

Vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (ie after original purchase).

The customer redeeming the voucher will be issued with an itemised receipt showing what was purchased.

No cash change can be given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher.
