Payment & Delivery
We try to keep items in stock where possible and the website runs a stock control system where if it is available to buy on the website then it should be in stock. We do not drop ship from other suppliers, if it is available to order on our website then we keep it as a standard stock item in our warehouse. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and offer an alternative if one is available. If an there is an item on the website that does not allow you to select any option then it is out of stock. If you would like to place an order for that item please contact us either by phone or email to discuss this.
Special orders: You will occasional come across item details on the website where we may only stock a selection of the full range of a specific product. We can always order other items from this range on special order and this is usually stated in the item description. These special order items can take up to 28 days to arrive.
All orders placed and paid for online are usually dispatched within 48 hours or on the next working day and there is no minimum order.
FREE UK POSTAGE AND PACKING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50.00
Our U.K. postage & packing rates for orders under £50.00 are calculated by weight. This is automatically calculated for you by the website.
For orders less than 750g postage will be £1.95
For orders over 750g postage will be £3.95.
All orders being sent within the U.K. over the value of £50.00 are post free.
All items are sent by Royal Mail standard delivery or for larger orders by Parcel Force 48. This means you should receive your order within 5-7 days of payment being received, it is often sooner than this. However we do not have any control over Royal Mail and delivery can take longe, if you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us.
We do not offer next day delivery as standard, however if you require your order urgently please contact us by phone on 01271 879139 and we will do our best to help.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by debit or credit card (Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch, Visa or MasterCard) through our secure payment page. An option for this method will appear on the payment page after your order has been placed.
Alternatively if you would prefer to give your card details separately please select the pay by phone option and phone us with your card details. If you would prefer us to contact you please include a day time phone number (mobile numbers are fine) with your order and write ‘PLEASE PHONE FOR MY CARD DETAILS’ in the comments box before you confirm your order. We will contact you as soon as possible after to take the payment details from you.
For security and peace of mind we do not keep your card details once your order has been processed.
We also accept online payments through Paypal and an option for this also appears on the payment page after you have confirmed you order. Please Note: Payments made with Paypal Echeques will not be dispatched until we receive notification of cleared payment. This usually takes 10-14 days.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Due to restrictions imposed by many of our suppliers we are no longer offering overseas shipping on any orders. If you have ordered from us before for overseas apologies for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.
